What is the Cisco 360 Partner Program?

The Cisco 360 Partner Program is the future of how partners do business with Cisco.
The program has been devised to help partners at all levels of partner maturity, develop their profitability and long-term business. Built around a simplified 4-category framework, partners can focus on and specialize in areas of expertise, to grow their business against measured outcome-based metrics.

How does it work?

Through the Partner Value Index (PVI) metrics, the program tracks and measures partner performance across four Value Index categories; Foundational, Capabilities, Performance and Engagement.

Cisco 360 is designed to encourage collaboration and focuses on delivering better outcomes throughout the customer relationship.

Catering for all types of partner models, the program focuses on driving value through go-to-market strategies, building capabilities, and engaging deeply with customers.

Each of the Cisco solution portfolios released sequentially, have their own PVI metrics. Being part of the program gives you access to a huge range of Cisco and Ingram Micro support services and resources, so you’ll be supported across the full solution range; Security, Networking, Collaboration, Cloud & AI and Observability.

Your Partner Value Index score contributes directly to your ability to achieve Authorizations and once you reach Cisco Preferred Partner designation, your ability to achieve Specializations. Better outcomes unlock more financial and non-financial benefits, and Ingram Micro can support your business and your customers through this transition.

The Cisco 360 Partner Program is due to launch on the 1st February, 2026.
There’s still plenty of time to make the transition to the new Cisco partner designations but it’s important you act now.
